Raised in rural Llanelli, Ben refined his craft under names like Cherish Finden and Arôme Bakery. From leading pastry teams in 5-star hotels to Michelin-starred kitchens, his technical approach shapes everything at Saint Hugo - flavour-forward, precise, and quietly relentless.
