Croissant Workshop - Sunday July 27th
Learn to Make Croissants, Pain Au Chocolat & Pain Aux Raisins!
Spend the day learning how to make classic French pastries from scratch, using traditional methods and only the best ingredients. This hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of making croissant dough, mastering lamination, and shaping beautiful, professional croissants, pain au chocolat, and pain aux raisins.
The workshop runs for around 6-8hours, including a break for a dinner and refreshments (provided). You’ll get to work alongside Ben, Brad & Josh at our Llanelli Bakery, to learn how they truly craft each of these classic pastries at Saint Hugo.
As with all yeasted baking, timing may vary slightly depending on the weather - risen dough is a tricky one to master.
You’ll leave with a selection of your creations to take home—as well as the skills and expertise to master them again, at home!
